The pyrolysis unit at the OBIO production site produce about 400 kW of residual heat. This is produced in form of hot water at 80 degres C. This energy is conected to a district heating system at Rudshøgda. About 40 % of this energy is used by Obio for drying our own woodchips before pyrolysing.
